SEN Teacher – Additional Resource Provision (ARP) Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Full-Time | Permanent | September 2026 Start Salary: £37,870 - £56,154 (M1 – U3) Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience. About the Role As the ARP Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering tailored, high-quality teaching for pupils with a range of additional needs within the schools specialist provision. You will create a structured, nurturing and engaging learning environment where pupils feel safe, supported and motivated to succeed. Working closely with the SENCO, support staff, families and external professionals, you will help ensure pupils receive personalised support that enables them to make strong individual progress and develop greater independence and confidence. This role would suit an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream primary teacher with substantial SEND experience and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
