    Job Description: Aftersales & Vehicle Preparation Coordinator – Motor2Go Ltd Salary: Competitive Salary (Based on Experience) Location: Uxbridge / Denham Area Motor2Go Ltd is looking for a highly organised, proactive and hardworking Aftersales & Vehicle Preparation Coordinator to join our growing team. This is one of the most important roles within our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest standard, deadlines are met, and customers receive their vehicles on time and in excellent condition. At any given time, we may have 20–30 vehicle sales progressing through preparation. The ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and maintain excellent organisation is essential. Key Responsibilities • Managing the preparation process for sold vehicles from point of sale through to collection., • Ensuring all vehicles are MOT'd, serviced and prepared within agreed deadlines., • Booking vehicles into garages, workshops, MOT stations and specialist repair centres., • Ordering vehicle parts and monitoring delivery times., • Chasing suppliers and garages to ensure work is completed on schedule., • Ensuring vehicles are photographed and advertised to a high standard., • Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the car park., • Coordinating valeting, repairs, inspections and vehicle movements., • Managing customer collection deadlines and ensuring vehicles are ready on time., • Liaising with sales staff, technicians, garages and suppliers daily., • Handling aftersales matters and ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently., • Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records of vehicle progress., • Monitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring nothing is missed. Requirements • Previous experience within a dealership, vehicle preparation, aftersales or automotive administration role is preferred., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines simultaneously., • Excellent communication skills., • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Good attention to detail., • Confident using computer systems and emails., • Full UK Driving Licence preferred. Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This role will have a strong focus on Sales Ledger, while also supporting the wider finance function including Purchase Ledger, payroll administration and month-end processes. Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities: • Accounts Processing: Handle all aspects of day-to-day accounting, including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management., • Sage 50 Cloud Expertise: Utilise Sage 50 Cloud to manage and record transactions, run reports, and maintain accurate financial records., • Invoicing and Payments: Process sales and purchase invoices, track payments, and ensure accuracy in supplier and customer accounts., • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC requirements., • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports., • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts regularly and ensure accurate financial reporting., • Payroll Support: Provide support in payroll and related processes as required., • Project Support: Work closely with the project management team to track costs, ensure accurate project invoicing, and maintain up-to-date financial records for ongoing M&E projects., • Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Assist with various other accounting and administrative duties as needed, including filing, reporting, and responding to accounts-related queries. Accounts Assistant Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, ideally with 2-3 years in a similar role., • Strong experience using Sage 50 Cloud for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliation., • AAT, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification (or working towards)., • Experience with M&E project-based accounting would be a plus., • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment., • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and problem-solving., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications., • Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external clients/suppliers., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently., • A proactive and positive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
