As a Handyman, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our apartments remain both beautiful and fully operational — maintaining fixtures, fittings, and finishes to the highest standard. This is a mobile role, so you’ll be required to travel between properties. A proactive mindset, multi-skilled background, and pride in your craft are essential.     Supervisor - Italian Focacceria & wine bar 🇮🇹 What we look for? Expert Italian food and wine knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the store. Prepare sandwiches using high-quality Italian ingredients. Confidently and safely operate an electric slicer. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian food products (cheeses, cured meats, bread, etc.). Prepare a variety of coffee. Lead by example, working side by side with the team. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. Organise staff schedules and daily workflow. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control. Requirements: Previous experience in a deli, sandwich shop, café, or similar food business (management or supervisory experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Italian food products is essential. Proven ability to use an electric slicer safely. Willingness to work hands-on in food preparation and service. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods.
