The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the letting process from initial enquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities: Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Negotiating rental terms between landlords and prospective tenants. Managing the tenancy process including referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-in arrangements. Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and compliance requirements. Maintaining accurate records using the company’s property management software. Meeting and exceeding monthly lettings targets. Skills & Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales ability. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload. Previous experience in lettings or a similar property role is desirable, but not always essential.
