Four or Five days a week I'm in my workshop and I need assistance on keeping my work for and personal and business life organised to help me concentrate at my profession as a creative designer and builder of many many things. In my past two years I have built commercial shops, theatre sets, TV studios, camper vans, and even a piano cocktail bar. Most of it needs to be put up on my Instagram but for what I have put up you can check it out Calendar management and customer conversation is important. I have a solid drive for the creativity I pour into my work. In your day you'll sort out the dogs walking, arrange packages and deliveries and keep my events calendar organised and up to date with the right platforms. Property management is also on the list with cleaners, admin and ordering. I need scheduled in with coaching and therapy as well each week and it should not disrupt whatever work flow I have scheduled either. Billing and accounting is also a super help to keep me organised. Job Description: As an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial machinery to carve custom LED neon signs. You will work with a variety of materials, including acrylic sheets, and be involved in all aspects of the CNC process, from machine set-up to final inspection. Key responsibilities include: Loading and unloading acrylic sheets (8mm and 10mm) for sign production. Fitting and adjusting tools for machine operation. Setting up and calibrating equipment and accessories to ensure optimal performance. Translating part drawings into measurements for production. Inspecting workflows to meet technical and quality standards. Developing efficient work plans to complete daily machining tasks. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation or a strong interest in learning (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret CAD files (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CNC software (CAD). Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Qualifications: No prior CNC experience required, though a background in design, engineering, or carpentry is advantageous.
