Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management Create and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth salon operations. Business Development Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the salon’s client base and service offerings. Stay informed of emerging trends and integrate innovative ideas into the salon’s services. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, influencers, and local businesses to enhance the salon’s reputation and growth. 6. Nail Creative Direction Design innovative, on-trend nail styles that captivate and inspire clients. Maintain a strong understanding of diverse nail techniques, including ombre, 3D nail art, marble effects, and seasonal designs, to ensure the salon stays ahead of market trends. Evaluate past designs and develop improvements to create a constantly evolving, captivating portfolio for the salon. Lead brainstorming sessions with staff to foster creativity and encourage collaborative input for new designs. Develop exclusive seasonal collections and event-specific nail art to offer clients a unique and personalized experience. Part of St Pancras Hotels group, this is unique property, unique in its style, combining art, luxury and exclusivity under one roof. The Megaro proudly holds the world’s largest external hotel mural, seen and acknowledged by international artists. We are looking for a housekeeper for this wonderful property, someone that will be fully independent in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness. The housekeeper be responsible for guests’ bedrooms and the general upkeep of the hotel’s public areas. You will be methodical and conscientious with an eye for detail, ensuring the rooms are always sparkling clean. I don't need any self care stuff, I need help at home to clean the house, and I would like to have someone who could also motivate me and remind me to do things, potentially assist with some paperwork or phone-calls, a bit like a PA, and if you drive this will be ideal, but its not essential. I would also like someone who might be keen on gardening and could assist me with outdoor activities or on my allotment, even if its just moral support or getting the coffee/tea lunch/snack ready for the day trip. I also like to go out foraging, but I don't walk too well and so I have demotivated myself at the moment to do anything at all. A bicycle rider could also work, and if you don't have bike, then I think I have a spare. I need someone who can help me to reorganise my internal home situation, so that I can start to look beyond and feel like I am confident enough to do the other things that I love. I have a multitude of physical ailments that can affect my mental state of mind and I loose my motivation, but when someone is helping me, it can transform everything, so that I want to do more. You won't necessarily all the time be doing stuff alone. I am neuro-divergent, so I have a specific way of doing things and processing. You will need to be patient and be able to explain things to me in a calm and simple way and allow me to process in my own time. Sometimes I will need to explain something back to you, or process it by writing it down, or looking into it further. Without a carer it is extremely frustrating and depressing for me, especially with my home being dysfunctional. I can rarely focus on doing activities that I enjoy or need to do to improve my health. I would like to go to a gym and do yoga, attend art classes and art therapy, attend the allotment regularly and not worry about not being able to water the plants some days. If you could help me with stuff like this then you will be perfect for this job. I am good at planning what I need to do and it helps me to get it off my mind, but I need someone who can follow instructions and get things done with a keen interest. I myself might seem bossy sometimes, so I need someone who can relate to my struggles, and pain that I endure and understand that I am not always able to communicate in long extensive sentences and sometimes I cannot speak effectively at all.
