The Opportunity Are you a compliance professional with a passion for ensuring product integrity and regulatory excellence? We’re looking for a Compliance Lead to take ownership of global product compliance standards across an expanding portfolio of consumer health and wellness products. In this pivotal role, you’ll safeguard the quality, safety, and credibility of every product - ensuring that packaging, labelling, claims, and certifications not only meet regulatory requirements but go beyond them. Working cross-functionally, you’ll drive best practice in compliance, sustainability, and supplier standards, helping the business deliver products customers can truly trust. Key Responsibilities Product Compliance • Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements across multiple markets (UK, EU, USA, and beyond)., • Advise internal teams on product claims, marketing compliance, and labelling regulations., • Oversee product registrations, packaging, and market-entry compliance., • Conduct risk analysis related to product quality, food safety, and advertising standards., • Lead ESG and sustainability compliance initiatives, including product certifications (e.g., Non-GMO, recyclability standards)., • Ensure artwork and certification symbols remain current and compliant. Product Registration & Documentation • Manage product registrations and regulatory filings across key markets., • Coordinate supplement notifications, FDA-related filings, and supplier documentation., • Maintain accurate compliance and registration records., • Support product launches and market entries with up-to-date compliance information. Supplier & Partner Compliance • Develop and maintain systems to ensure supplier compliance with key policies and certifications., • Manage relationships with external regulatory consultants and agencies., • Identify and onboard new compliance partners, define deliverables, and oversee SLAs. What we need: • Proven experience in regulatory or product compliance within FMCG, food, supplements, or wellness sectors., • Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks., • Experienced in managing product registrations, documentation, and external consultants., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Strong project management and documentation control abilities., • Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, or B-Corp-related certifications is advantageous.
