Key Responsibilities of this exciting role: • Club Leadership: Manage daily operations to maintain a safe, premium, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors, • Commercial Performance: Take full responsibility for the site P&L, driving sales and overall profitability, • Utilisation & Scheduling: Analyse court usage data to design and implement innovative activity schedules, tournaments, and social events that maximise occupancy, • Community & Communication: Build a thriving social atmosphere.
