When you work for Oatley Coffee, you will be required to do the following: • Understand how to make the perfect brew (and latte art, of course)., • Uphold specialty coffee standards, • Maintain a clean, organised work space and perform basic cleaning tasks., • Restock supplies and manage inventory., • Be committed to creating meaningful connections with customers and colleagues., • Keep things running smoothly in the shop, • You have the ability to uphold great customer service so our customers continue to come back., • Answer any questions customers may have and be knowledgeable on all retail products sold in the coffee shop., • Be willing to learn and understand the point of sales system. Position Details and Benefits: • Free coffee during shift (fair usage policy applies), • We are open Monday to Sunday., • We work on a rota system and everyone does their equal share of opening (6:30am) and closing (17:30pm) shifts.
