The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting early years development, leading activities, and working in line with the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key worker, developing strong relationships with children and families. Support or lead room planning and structured learning activities. Observe and assess children’s development in accordance with EYFS guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
