Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation., • Supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to recipes., • Maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen., • Contributing to menu development and innovation, using fresh, high-quality ingredients., • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies to minimize waste and control costs., • Ensuring consistency and quality of all dishes served., • Stepping in for the Head Chef when required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or a highly skilled Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant or bar setting. You should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, a creative flair for cooking, and a deep understanding of kitchen management. A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
