About the Role You’ll be hands-on in shaping Baukjen’s visual identity across digital and print touchpoints, including META and PMAX campaigns, Shopify pages, CRM assets, and short-form video content. You’ll also have the chance to support occasional print projects such as lookbooks, packaging, or marketing collateral. This role reports directly to the Creative Lead and Brand Experience, and you’ll collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, innovative brand storytelling. Videography and photography skills are highly welcomed, as the role may involve supporting in these disciplines. Product Merchandiser – Luxury Womenswear We have partnered with a luxury womenswear brand looking for a commercially minded Product Merchandiser to join the business. Role Purpose: The Womenswear Product Merchandiser drives the end-to-end seasonal merchandising process for luxury womenswear categories, balancing creative vision with commercial performance. The role owns assortment planning, Open-to-Buy (OTB) and margin delivery across regions and channels, ensuring the collection is curated, priced, and phased to maximise full-price sell-through while protecting brand equity. For this role you will have a strong background in luxury womenswear fashion, excellent analytical skills and strong range building knowledge aswell as in depth knowledge of luxury womenswear market, with ECommerce aswell as Retail.
