Key Responsibilities Financial Control + Reporting Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function. Ensure timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a robust month-end close process. Manage statutory accounts preparation and coordinate annual audits. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax requirements and regulatory obligations. Deliver high-quality financial reporting to senior management, shareholders and lenders. Candidate Profile We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in improving how finance supports the wider business. Essential Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experience within/ or working with a private equity-backed business Experience working within operational, service-led, logistics, facilities management, outsourced services, asset-backed or similar environments. Demonstrable experience improving processes, controls and systems. Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.

They support clients across the UK, Ireland and North-west Europe including energy suppliers, generators, investors, public sector bodies, policymakers, corporate energy users. The Salesforce Administrator role focuses tightly on day-to-day platform hygiene, user support, data quality, reporting discipline and the controls that link Salesforce to Accounting Package and the wider commercial process. Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Hygiene • Own day-to-day administration of the Salesforce instance: users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts and validation rules., • Maintain a clean instance: routine data hygiene sweeps, duplicate management, dormant record review and clear-up of orphaned data., • Manage picklists, record types and core object configuration to keep the platform aligned with the agreed commercial process., • Apply and document changes through a controlled change-management process; manage sandbox-to-production releases. Procurement Manager Project: Slough Sewage Treatment Works (STW) – Extension of an operational sewage treatment plant. Key Responsibilities • Work collaboratively and liaise with the Design and Construction teams., • To liaise with Thames Commercial representatives to discuss SAF 1 and 2 objective and requirements., • Correspond and liaise with selected Supply Chain bidders to correctly administer the prequalification and tender processes., • Arrange for appropriate tender meetings with the supply chain for each package., • Draft suitable subcontract condition amendments and Data Part One and Two documents., • Draft, compile, and amend Works Information documents for potential subcontract packages., • Draft and amend standard ITT documents to issue to each supply chain., • Manage on a day to day basis of tender queries for the tenderers., • Arrange mid-term and final tender meetings,, • Prepare bid analysis documents for review where appropriate., • Prepare recommendations to Ferrovial Cadagua JV and to Thames on each package., • Attend meetings within FC JV to discuss procurement strategy and with Thames and Supply chain to review bid compliance and to discuss and agree any proposed changes in terms and conditions., • Liaise with the M&E team to achieve where possible consistency of approach., • Liaise with FC JV planners with respect to programming and time documentation., • Specialist item procurement contractual advice.
