Role Overview The successful candidate will manage complex business and financial projects, monitor organisational performance, and provide strategic support to senior management. This role combines financial expertise, project leadership, and operational analysis to drive company growth. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Lead business and financial projects from planning through to completion., • Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to support decision-making., • Prepare business cases, project plans, feasibility studies, and financial forecasts., • Develop and monitor budgets, financial models, KPIs, and operational reports., • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver project objectives., • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements., • Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies., • Prepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, and executive reports., • Support long-term business planning, investment analysis, and portfolio management., • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve company growth and operational performance. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Project Management, Economics, or related field., • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business project management, financial management, or strategic planning., • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines., • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting., • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills., • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint., • Ability to work independently, manage workloads efficiently, and deliver accurate results.
