More about your role As one of our Transaction Co-Ordinators, you will have a key role in delivering programmes of individual asset transactions on behalf of the Group. You will closely work with the Void Transactions Team on projects where required. You will be responsible for providing high quality asset performance and data collation and analysis through reporting and sharing performance with key stakeholders including producing accurate reports for on a regular and ad hoc basis when required by the business and external parties. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and understanding of sale contracts, transfers and leases and their legal and financial implications for property transactions. More about you For this role, you will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of the residential sales process, and the working practices connected. You will be a strong and decisive decision maker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a varied workload methodically, under pressure and under own initiative with a proven track record for delivering targets. It is essential you have excellent computer literacy and working knowledge of a range of computer programs and Microsoft systems including internal systems such as Business World and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities Site Operations Management • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and timely completion of vehicle repairs., • Maintain the highest standards of repair quality, aligned with manufacturer and insurance requirements., • Implement and optimise workflows to minimise delays and maximise operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and apprentices., • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations., • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and performance., • Manage staff performance, including appraisals, performance improvement, and recognition of achievements. Customer Service • Ensure excellent customer experiences by addressing queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally., • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair progress and timelines. Financial Management • Monitor budgets, control costs, and work to achieve financial targets for the site. Health, Safety & Compliance • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations., • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment., • Ensure staff adhere to industry standards, including BSI 10125, and maintain required certifications. Performance Reporting & Process Improvement • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as repair turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and profitability., • Analyse operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement., • Collaborate with senior management to implement new processes, technologies, or systems to enhance efficiency.
