Level 1 HP Indigo 7900 Press Operator & Print Finisher - £30,000-£36,000 (13.50-16.50 Per Hour) - Enfield The Role Are you experienced in digital print production and enjoy seeing high-quality work come to life? Do you take pride in running print equipment smoothly while keeping quality standards exceptionally high? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Level 1 HP Indigo 7900 Press Operator & Print Finisher to join our busy production team in Enfield. This is a hands-on role within a fast-moving commercial print environment where no two days are the same. You will operate and maintain the HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press while supporting a wide range of print finishing tasks. You’ll play an important part in delivering outstanding print projects for well-known UK brands. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with modern print technology, thrives under deadlines and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate the HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press, • Monitor print quality and colour consistency throughout production, • Carry out Level 1 maintenance and cleaning, • Resolve minor press and workflow issues, • Manage substrates, consumables, and print queues efficiently, • Complete print finishing duties including:, • Guillotining, • Folding, • Laminating, • Creasing, • PUR Binding, • Wiro Binding, • Booklet making, • Drilling, • Digital die-cutting, • Packing and dispatch, • Follow job sheets and production instructions carefully, • Support production deadlines across the wider team, • Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe The Company An FSC®-certified business (FSC Certification Number INT-COC-807273-EB) and proud participants in the Carbon Capture Programme with the Woodland Trust.
