    Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in IT, and have the ability to follow care plans effectively. A valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate travel between care settings and clients' homes. Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, • Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs, • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life, • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals and ensure accurate documentation, • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations, • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their families regarding care needs and progress, • Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and manage schedules efficiently, • Drive between care homes or clients’ residences as required to deliver home care services Qualifications • Previous experience working in a care home or home care environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates, • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication, • Strong IT skills for managing digital records and documentation, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, • Valid driving licence is preferred to support travel requirements, • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals, • Ability to work flexibly according to shift patterns and client needs This role offers an enriching career path within the healthcare sector, providing opportunities for professional development whilst making a positive impact on people's lives. Job Description: As a Multi Drop Delivery and Collection Driver, you will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of parcels, ensuring they are handled with care and delivered to the correct locations. This role requires physical fitness and reliability, as you will be handling parcels of up to 32kg in weight. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver parcels to customer addresses in a timely and professional manner., • Collect parcels from customers or businesses as required., • Handle parcels weighing up to a maximum of 32kg., • Accurately scan, log, and report deliveries and collections using provided systems., • Provide service 5 a week as scheduled (weekend work may be required)., • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism., • Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition (if using company vehicle). Requirements: • Full EU/UK driving licence (no more than 6 points, no disqualifications)., • Good level of physical fitness – ability to lift and carry up to 32kg safely., • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic., • Good communication and interpersonal skills., • Previous delivery experience preferred but not essential.
