KICK are currently working with over 100 schools and have established 29 KICK Academies. The successful candidate will have full line management responsibility for Senior Coaches, overseeing team performance, staff development, and professionalism, while embodying KICK’s values and promoting outstanding practice. Person specification: Demonstrable experience in leadership and team management. Experience working within school environments and supporting young people from a range of backgrounds. Proven track record of improving the quality of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and/or training practice. understanding of Ofsted frameworks and standards, with experience contributing to successful Good or Outstanding outcomes. Experience supporting young people to make positive progress academically, socially, emotionally, or behaviourally. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in IT, and have the ability to follow care plans effectively. A valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate travel between care settings and clients' homes. Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, • Support the implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs, • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life, • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals and ensure accurate documentation, • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations, • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their families regarding care needs and progress, • Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and manage schedules efficiently, • Drive between care homes or clients’ residences as required to deliver home care services Qualifications • Previous experience working in a care home or home care environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates, • Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication, • Strong IT skills for managing digital records and documentation, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, • Valid driving licence is preferred to support travel requirements, • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals, • Ability to work flexibly according to shift patterns and client needs This role offers an enriching career path within the healthcare sector, providing opportunities for professional development whilst making a positive impact on people's lives.
