We are seeking a proactive and reliable Housekeeper to uphold our high standards. This role involves all aspects of property upkeep, from routine cleaning to more detailed deep cleans and maintenance checks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform general cleaning duties including mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces. 2. Conduct deep cleans, including steam cleaning, oven cleaning, and descaling appliances. 3. Manage handover cleans for new tenants, ensuring properties are immaculate. 4. Move and clean beneath furniture, ensuring all areas are spotless. 5. Maintain shower drains and other appliances to prevent blockages. 6. Perform external tasks such as sweeping pathways and maintaining the grounds. 7. Carry out property maintenance checks and report any issues. 8. Produce clear and accurate reports on property conditions. 9. Manage cleaning equipment, submitting requests for replenishments when necessary. ** Ideal Candidate:** 1. Previous experience in housekeeping, facilities management, or similar roles preferred. 2. Familiarity with a range of cleaning techniques and equipment. 3. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. 4. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 5. Strong communication and reporting skills. 6. Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic. 7. Physically capable of moving furniture and carrying out demanding cleaning tasks. 8.
