This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established premium hospitality and events business in a dedicated marketing role supporting a flagship destination venue. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of local marketing activity, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, event attendance, and revenue growth. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines digital marketing, content creation, events, community engagement, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging marketing initiatives. This role will be based 5 days a week on site at their offices in South East London, hybrid working following probation. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Management • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, bookings, customer engagement, and footfall., • Manage the annual marketing calendar, coordinating seasonal campaigns, promotions, and key business initiatives., • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice., • Support the development and delivery of promotional materials and campaign assets. Events & Community Engagement • Promote and support a diverse programme of events, activations, and customer experiences., • Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and community organisations to strengthen brand visibility., • Attend events to capture content and support live marketing activity., • Assist with private hire and group booking promotions. Digital Marketing & Content Creation • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, email marketing, and online listings., • Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and website updates., • Coordinate photography, video content, and creative assets to support ongoing campaigns., • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to optimise future activity. CRM, Reporting & Project Coordination • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through CRM and targeted marketing activity., • Analyse campaign, event, and customer engagement performance, providing actionable insights., • Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery., • Manage the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials. Required Experience & Skills • 2+ years Previous experience in a marketing role within hospitality, leisure, retail, events, or a customer-focused environment., • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging customer-facing content., • Experience using marketing and creative tools. Canva knowledge is required., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously., • Passion for hospitality, food, drink, events, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and value-led Director of Sales to lead and oversee the Sales department. You will own and optimise the product (think hospitality, experiences and community) whilst being responsible for wider business strategy as the company fulfils its growth plans, revenue strategies and enters into new locations. You will need a firm grasp of the London market, particularly the fashion, luxury goods, leisure, and entertainment sectors. Reporting directly into the General Manager and you will work closely with the leadership team, acting as Ambassador, to drive new and existing business. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and build constructive and supportive relationships with your co-workers. Your support will help design, drive, and implement policies across the Rooms and Food and Beverage Divisions. These will be heavily influenced by the DNA of Hôtel Costes in Paris. Your input will be key to build and develop a culture of constant improvement, challenging the status-quo. • Directly manage sales for rooms and private dining functions, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded., • Drive sales and set clear, achievable sales goals. Develop and execute a sales plan that aligns with department objectives., • Prepare and administer the sales budget, executing programs within defined limits as outlined in the budget plan., • Maintain awareness of current and future competitors' product, pricing and marketing programs to be in a position to proactively respond to market conditions., • Make sure that all sales functions such as sales, reservations and digital marketing teams, are aligned according to the financial goals & in terms of quality, message and timing. Sales Responsibility Function • Direct and coordinate the sales activities needed for the sales, private dining hire, groups, and reservations teams to maximize revenues., • Allocate sales resources and funds strategically to maximize hotel revenue, based on current market conditions and forecasts., • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for rooms and private dining hire., • Run sales reports regularly and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement., • Build and maintain a database of strategic key accounts across all segments and regions, and establish relationships with them., • Manage Sales Representation companies for the international markets, according to the need of the property. Brief the companies about company financial goals, competitive analyses, key messages, positioning, marketing & communication programs., • Prepare room proposals, quotations, group proposals, hotel buyout quotes, and accommodation and catering contracts as needed to support reservations teams., • Oversee partnerships with OTAs and collaborate closely to activate promotions, manage commission levels as needed, and increase visibility to maximize revenue., • Support the Digital Marketing Executive in overseeing the performance and strategy of the Digital Marketing Agency, including managing paid campaigns (such as Google Ads), website traffic and ensuring all initiatives are aligned with revenue generation goals. Budget Control & Owner reporting • Prepare monthly and yearly sales budget, forecasts and sales plans in conjunction with the General Manager., • Provide monthly financial and performance updates on the owners' reports, including action plans. Client Relations and Strategic Partnerships • Proactively seek out and establish strategic partnerships within luxury travel, luxury high-end brands, corporate, and entertainment segments to drive sales of rooms and food & beverage, enhancing hotel recognition and guest satisfaction., • Conduct hotel tours for clients and partners to showcase rooms, food & beverage outlets, amenities, and enhance relationship-building., • Create and manage a comprehensive annual plan for familiarization trips and visits by travel industry partners, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship building., • Represent the hotel at roadshows, sales calls, and travel shows to promote the hotel's main USPs and highlighting the hotel’s competitive advantages, resulting in relationship and network building and bringing business leads., • Attend networking events to prospect new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients and business partners., • Oversee the maintenance and update of photography assets to ensure they are current and compelling, contributing to enhanced website traffic and visual appeal. New product launches • Communicate with clients, business partners, and the travel industry about new menu launches, in-house brand activations, and special offers to drive traffic and revenue. What are we looking for? • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment, • A proven passion for sales, marketing, and driving commercial performance, • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, • French language skills are desirable but not essential, • Full-time position, working 48 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business, • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required Who are we?
