Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production and warehouse operations Lead and manage production staff, including shift planning and training Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.) Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to meet delivery targets Maintain equipment and enforce health & safety protocols Report directly to the Director on operational performance Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production management role (preferably in food manufacturing) Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization Familiarity with cold storage and perishable goods handling Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities IT proficiency in production and inventory systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field Forklift licence or warehouse operations experience is a plus
