You’ll produce a wide range of technical outputs, including safety case reports, radiological assessments, and supporting documentation that meet stringent regulatory and client standards. This involves structuring complex technical reasons logically, presenting evidence in a transparent manner and ensuring consistency across all deliverables. Your reports will not only demonstrate compliance but also provide clarity for decision-makers, regulators, and stakeholders, underpinning project success. Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are essential. Mentoring • As a senior team member, you will play a key role in developing junior colleagues by providing technical guidance, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance, and sharing best practices to build confidence and capability. You will support knowledge transfer through coaching, training, and feedback, helping others understand both technical aspects of safety case development and the wider regulatory and client context.
