Purpose of Role Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Logistics & Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading, organising, and optimising all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods within a leading luxury distributor. This role oversees the full lifecycle of inventory from receipt and storage through to dispatch while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance. The Logistics & Warehouse Manager drives continuous improvement, ensures effective team leadership, and supports the wider supply chain function by delivering reliable stock availability, timely order fulfilment, and cost-efficient operational performance. Working cross-functionally with procurement and customer service teams, the role ensures the warehouse operates as a well-controlled, service-driven environment that supports overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow across receipts, storage, and dispatch Develop and implement IT system process improvements to increase operational efficiency Act as the key point of contact for warehouse inventory systems and transaction queries Manage export documentation for overseas shipments and customer collections Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks Monitor and manage freight partners to ensure high service levels Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance targets Coordinate closely with procurement and customer service teams Monitor warehouse KPIs including accuracy, productivity, and on-time dispatch Manage warehouse layout, space utilisation, and equipment maintenance Handle performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and staffing requirements Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary Proactively monitor and maintain health & safety standards within the warehouse Ensure high standards of quality control and minimise product damage Act as key holder with shared responsibility for site security Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications Essential: Previous experience as a warehouse manager IT-orientated with a focus on driving efficiency through systems and processes Strong all-round IT knowledge with a desire to improve processes through system use Excellent communication skills at all levels Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong problem-solving ability Experience with inventory management and stock control Forklift Licence and experience operating warehouse MHE Experience with warehouse automation or WMS systems Desirable: Experience supporting or managing health & safety processes Experience in fast-paced environments managing small to medium teams Experience with Oracle NetSuite Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2:30pm
