The Team and Role: We are looking for a result-driven talent to join Logitech’s Young Professionals Program as Commercial Management Specialist for our direct eCommerce business. This is an internship role based in London, England. You will join a dynamic group working on the Direct-to-Consumer channel and you will focus on the UK & Ireland market. Reporting to the Regional Head (based in Switzerland), you will sit with the local Logitech team in London where you will partner with eCommerce and Category teams to support the revenue growth of Logitech websites. As DTC Commercial Management Specialist, you will be the point of contact for all Direct-to-Consumer activities in UK&I. You will help grow the DTC revenue in that market, optimize the consumer experience across the full purchase journey, and report on 360 business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial management for a leading consumer brand, and to work with senior stakeholders across several functional areas. In this role you will: Help deliver DTC revenue growth • Act as the primary point of contact for DTC in UK&I, • Help ensure DTC involvement in local go-to-market activities, • Coordinate promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal activities, • Help deliver an outstanding shopper experience with a focus on store management (in-stock rate, merchandising) and translation quality, • Monitor operational KPIs (fulfillment, delivery times, return rates), • Track and analyze financial KPIs such as demand sales & actuals, and progress vs targets, • Understand the growth formula (traffic, CR, revenue) and how to influence its components, • Available to work part time whilst continuing studies, • Fluent in English, • Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, • Strong interest in eCommerce and consumer marketing, • Proactive, confident and eager to learn
