We are looking for a Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale finance transformation programme. This role sits within a reporting and technical team, focused on delivering high-quality reporting solutions and integrations to support business needs. Key Responsibilities • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications, • Develop reports and outputs using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher, • Support reporting and integration design aligned to business and programme objectives, • Conduct fit-gap analysis and contribute to solution design and development, • Support testing activities including UAT, providing analysis and recommendations, • Investigate and resolve complex reporting issues across systems and modules, • Maintain documentation, version control, and adherence to change and release processes, • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline reporting solutions Skills and Experience • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), • Experience producing functional and technical specifications, • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Experience working with finance systems and reporting environments, • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills Additional Information • Hybrid working with 3 days per week on site, • Fixed-term contract opportunity, • Working on a high-profile transformation programme with significant stakeholder exposure
