The 26-floor art’otel London Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants. This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings Italian dining to West London. As Chef De Partie you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to assist in leading service and maintain the high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef, Emanuele Pollini, whilst also maintaining efficiency, detail and cleanliness in the kitchen. Chef requirements • Complete service to a high standard, • Maintain high quality of food offering, • Abide by all EHO requirements, • Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchen, • Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchen, • Making orders of supplies and ingredients, • At least 1-2 years experience working in high-end kitchens, • Creativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detail, • A desire to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings, • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, • You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills, • You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
