Business Affairs Specialist (Part time, mostly remote, 6 month contract) Our client, a growing licensed consumer products business, require an experienced Business Affairs & Commercial Contracts Consultant. This is a high‑impact interim role, building light‑touch “guardrails” that protect value and manage risk across licensors, customers, suppliers and compliance, while supporting continued growth in the UK and expansion to new international markets. Your initial focus will be to conduct a broad review and produce a concise diagnostic of current risks and gaps, with prioritised recommendations and a clear route‑map of “quick wins” versus longer‑term structural changes (templates, thresholds, playbooks).
