Description Job Summary To proactively supervise a number of service schedulers and ensure that they plan organize deliver and manage the Service planned deliverables to meet & exceed customers requirements Company quality standards and achieves agreed targets and level of profit. Duties & Responsibilities • Responsible for Planned Maintenance delivery ensuring all are delivered on time and planned so our engineers productivity is optimized., • Provide consistency across the Scheduling teams in the delivery of services ensuring our processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to., • Manage resource levels delivering services within budget and seeking to improve utilisation & profit whilst maintaining staff morale., • Create an environment in which personnel are encouraged to contribute to the development of the Service Department and their own careers., • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues escalated to you., • Previous planning experience preferably with field engineers., • Previous supervisory experience, • Experience of working with bespoke planning software arranging service engineers calls., • Liaison with parts supply and sales departments., • Telephone skills., • Computer literate., • Team worker, • Cooperative, • Conscientious, • Good communicator and organiser, • Able to cope well under pressure and work with minimum supervision #LI-LJ1 Required Experience: Manager Key Skills Business,Patient Care,Compliance,Facility,Emergency,Accounting,HVAC,Daily Operations,Direct Supervision,Professional Development,Service Management,Service Operations,Service Quality,Payroll,Service Technician Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
