We are looking for a self-employed to make hot sauce & chilli jam. Though the hours are extremely flexible (you can come and make jam anytime you wish as long as our inventory is kept stocked up), you MUST be able to commute regularly to our kitchen in Hackney Wick, so East London candidates are preferred. Shift times are minimum 4 hours to get real cooking done and up to 8-10 hours a day. We estimate you will start with 10 hours per week but it can grow. Trial period is paid at £13.50 while training, then £16 afterwards. If you are training someone else, £18/hour. WE PAY WEEKLY WITH INVOICE! EVERY MONDAY WE PAY YOU THE PREVIOUS HOUR'S. You must have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised, as with batch cooking the stakes are high: one missing ingredient and you will have to chuck the entire batch (100+ bottles).
