This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the marketing engine for a company set to disrupt a multi-trillion dollar industry. About the Role The company is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to design and execute high-performance campaigns that drive qualified leads for their B2B SaaS platforms in the FinTech and LogTech sectors. This role is a blend of marketing strategy, hands-on digital campaign execution, and advanced automation. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), refine the company's market positioning, and build a scalable pipeline to accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Campaign Execution • Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and email automation., • Build targeted outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers in FinTech, B2B lending, and logistics operations., • Develop sophisticated segmentation, content, and automation journeys using HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools)., • Implement data enrichment and intent-based targeting using modern tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense)., • Track ROI and lead quality metrics through the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Closed Won). Digital Marketing & Content Strategy • Develop and manage digital content (white papers, case studies, thought leadership) that articulates the product's value in authentication and FinTech/LogTech automation., • Collaborate on content for trade publications and targeted LinkedIn campaigns., • Maintain brand consistency across digital assets, landing pages, and email sequences., • A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates. Analytics & Optimisation • Own the campaign performance dashboards and KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, engagement)., • Use analytics to drive optimisation decisions, reporting weekly on performance and insights., • Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handoff process and alignment on quality standards. Required Skills & Experience Marketing & Technical Proficiency • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech demand generation., • A proven record of delivering high-quality leads in enterprise or regulated markets., • Deep knowledge of digital channels: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and email nurturing., • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)., • Familiarity with analytics and intent tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, intent data platforms). Domain Knowledge • Experience marketing SaaS solutions in financial services, FinTech, LogTech (Supply Chain), or B2B lending sectors., • Understanding of digital assets, authentication, or compliance-driven technologies is a strong plus., • Knowledge of the typical buyer journey in institutional finance, procurement, or treasury operations. Soft Skills • A strategic thinker with a strong balance between analytical and creative skills., • Excellent written and visual communication skills., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment., • A proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive marketing narratives.
