CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, prospect engagement, call notes, and sales progression within Salesforce CRM. Track lead development, follow-up schedules, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics to support reporting and performance management. Meet or exceed monthly, and quarterly outreach KPIs, including call volumes, meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and pipeline contribution. Collaboration Collaborate with Gordon Brothers cross-functional teams, including Lending, Valuations, Real Estate, and jurisdictions outside EMEA to support cross-border opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions. Support seamless handover of qualified opportunities to senior sales professionals and operational teams. Additional Information Role is office-based with occasional travel required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong outbound sales mentality with confidence in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and proactive client engagement. Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and conducting professional outreach to senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility quickly. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and sales engagement tools. Highly organised, disciplined, and resilient with a tenacious approach to prospecting and lead generation. Solutions-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness and client focus. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is preferred; proficiency in English is essential. Education & Experience 2+ years of successful outbound telephone sales, business development, or lead generation experience is essential. Proven track record in proactive prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified sales opportunities. Experience working within a high-volume outbound sales environment. Demonstrated success using LinkedIn and professional outreach tools to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
