Assistant Quantity Surveyor – London Cumming Group is an international project and cost management consultancy delivering innovative solutions in construction, real estate, and infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying to develop their skills and grow their career with a supportive and ambitious consultancy. The Role: • Support the delivery of Quantity Surveying services within our Residential team, • Assist with cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration, • Help manage risk, opportunities, and project forecasting, • Prepare reconciliations, reports, and valuations, • Attend client offices and site visits as needed, • Work on multiple projects at once, ensuring high standards and timely delivery, • Represent Cumming Group professionally and provide excellent client service About You: • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or working towards), • Ideally working towards Chartered status (RICS preferred), • Up to 3 years’ QS experience (including graduate experience or placements), • Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts, • Organised, adaptable, and confident in working with clients and teams, • IT literate, especially with Microsoft Excel This role offers a clear career path, hands-on project exposure, and the chance to work within a collaborative team where your development will be supported.
