Job Description: Commercial Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial, contractual, and performance management of large public‑sector maintenance and FM contracts. This role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of FM service delivery and NEC4 contract frameworks.
