Skills Needed: Person specification Essential Degree-level qualification or equivalent, or substantial demonstrable experience in a business development, commercial or account management role. Proven record of revenue growth and account acquisition. Strong communication and numeracy: margin analysis, pricing, forecasting. Commercial negotiation experience with suppliers or trade customers. Working knowledge of the UK food retail and off-licence sector. Desirable 1. Familiarity with Indian and South Asian food categories, ingredients and supplier networks., 2. Experience with EPOS and stock management systems. Personal Licence holder under the Licensing Act 2003.
