Basic Salary : £32k to £39k The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for managing the convenience store operations. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring high customer service standards, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The Shop Supervisor will report directly to the Owner and collaborate closely in running the shop.
