Each role will sit on a technically demanding data centre scheme, with projects forming part of a wider £30m refurbishment and infrastructure upgrade programme. The work will focus on upgrading and improving critical mechanical infrastructure within existing data centre environments, so this needs people who understand live services, sequencing, access, shutdowns, commissioning and client confidence. This is not a standard commercial M&E role. The NHA aims to increase the delivery of homes by the end of this Parliament (2029). Since the NHA was established, MHCLG, GLA and London Councils officers have worked in partnership to analyse London's stalled sites and identify suitable interventions to accelerate their delivery. In early 2026, we established the NHA LDN team, to take a more proactive, London-led role, to identify stalled housing sites and finding practical ways to get them moving again.
