Financial Administrator – Boutique Wealth Management Practice \n Location: Hampton, Middlesex (office-based) \n Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) \n Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week - Flexi Hours/Hybrid \n \n Are you an experienced IFA or Wealth Management Administrator who takes pride in running a smooth, well-organised operation — and loves being at the heart of a small, client-focused team? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, independent wealth management practice based in Hampton. You’ll work directly with the firm’s Director, supporting him as his right hand and ensuring clients receive a first-class service at every stage of their financial planning journey. If you enjoy variety, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a close-knit environment where your contribution really matters, this could be the perfect next step. \n \n The Opportunity \n You’ll be the operational backbone of the business — managing all aspects of client administration, liaising with providers, and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. This role suits someone confident, proactive, and personable — an administrator who enjoys improving systems, taking initiative, and ensuring the adviser can focus fully on clients. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n • Manage day-to-day client administration and ensure cases progress efficiently and accurately. \n • Liaise directly with clients — by phone and email — to handle queries, gather information, and provide updates. \n • Prepare and process key documentation, including applications, letters of authority, review packs, and valuations. \n • Communicate with investment platforms, product providers, and third parties to obtain information and complete transactions. \n • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements. \n • Prepare meeting packs and provide pre- and post-meeting support to the Director. \n • Suggest and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across the business. \n • Provide general operational support, including correspondence, diary management, and invoicing. \n \n About You \n You’ll have a solid background in IFA or wealth management administration and a strong understanding of financial planning processes, products, and compliance requirements. You’ll also bring: \n • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n • A meticulous, organised approach and strong attention to detail. \n • Confidence to take initiative and work autonomously. \n • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning software is a plus. \n • (Desirable) Progress towards professional qualifications such as CII or CISI. \n \n What’s on Offer \n • Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience). \n • Environment: Supportive, collaborative team with a genuine focus on client care. \n • Exposure: Direct involvement with the Director and insight into the full financial planning process. \n • Autonomy: Real ownership of administrative systems and processes. \n • Development: Long-term career growth within a respected, stable practice. \n \n How to Apply \n If you’re an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys variety, values close client relationships, and wants to make a tangible impact in a growing firm, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a short note about your experience to Ryan at Financial Divisions. Applications will be reviewed as received — early application is encouraged.
