Someone who is commercially sharp, growth-obsessed and fluent in modern technology and AI. The Mission To help build the most innovative search and advisory firm in the market by: • Driving revenue growth through the optimisation of business development and sales systems., • Using AI and data to identify, qualify and fill the pipeline with high-quality leads across private equity, venture capital and enterprise markets., • Designing intelligent workflows that stitch together our existing tools, data sources and generative/agentic AI solutions to improve efficiency and conversion., • Building and executing multichannel growth campaigns that raise visibility and reach the right audiences., • Turning ideas into measurable commercial outcomes. What You’ll Do • Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives spanning growth, AI, sales and operations., • Build and optimise AI workflows and automation that support lead generation, market mapping and commercial outreach., • Partner with the Founder and Partners to refine the sales funnel, improve targeting and drive new client acquisition., • Leverage data, AI and digital tools to create a more predictive, proactive and intelligent business development engine., • Execute targeted go-to-market strategies across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email, video and events., • Track commercial performance metrics and provide insights to improve conversion and revenue., • Research and test new technologies, platforms and approaches that enhance competitive advantage., • Manage key strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring speed, quality and impact. Who You Are • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or growth within a start-up, scale-up, VC/PE-backed or consulting environment., • Proven success selling or building go-to-market strategies into private equity, venture capital or enterprise clients., • Strong working knowledge of Generative AI and agentic tools and how they can optimise commercial and operational performance., • Entrepreneurial track record: evidence of building, creating or owning something meaningful., • Data-driven, analytical and commercially astute., • An understanding of modern B2B/professional services go-to-market strategy, from outbound to social to ABM., • High grit and ownership mentality; thrives in a fast, ambitious and high-accountability environment., • A finisher/completer who makes things happen.
