IT Support Analyst \n \n Renowned global law firm with an exciting growth trajectory is seeking a proactive and customer focused IT Support Analyst to join the firm’s IT department in Liverpool. In this role, you will be first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the firm, providing face-to-face and remote technical support to Lawyers and Business Services professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. \n \n What’s on Offer: \n \n\n • Salary to £34,000\n, • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)\n, • Fantastic employee benefits\n, • Liverpool Office\n\n \n IT Support Analyst – What you’ll be doing: \n \n\n • Act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing face-to-face, telephone, email, and remote assistance to users across the firm.\n, • Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.\n, • Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.\n, • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, legal applications, and document management systems.\n, • Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and the IT onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware and account provisioning.\n, • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, incidents, and documentation within the IT service management system.\n, • Liaise with third-party suppliers and perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and equipment builds.\n, • Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and cybersecurity policies, while supporting IT projects and technology rollouts.\n\n \n IT Support Analyst – What we are looking for: \n \n\n • Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role is essential.\n, • Law firm experience is highly advantageous.\n, • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.\n, • Basic understanding of Active Directory and user account administrations.\n, • Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.\n, • Experience with desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.\n\n \n
