Flexible freelance role for university and college students | Remote | Fitted around your timetable About the Role Build real marketing experience, a stronger LinkedIn profile and a better CV while earning alongside your studies. We’re looking for a student to represent two fast-growing compliance technology platforms: PoC360, serving US skilled nursing facilities, and CQCLogic, serving UK CQC-regulated care providers. You’ll be the public voice of both brands on LinkedIn and follow up with decision-makers who haven’t responded to our initial phone contact. Most of the heavy lifting is already automated. Our content is drafted by AI and published on schedule by a scheduling tool, so you’re not sitting online clicking “post” at set times. Your job is to review and sharpen the content, then handle the human parts that software can’t: replying to comments and sending personal, well-judged outreach messages. You choose when you work, around lectures, deadlines and exams. What You’ll Do • Review and improve AI-drafted LinkedIn posts for both PoC360 and CQCLogic, adjusting tone and terminology for each market (US Directors of Nursing and Administrators vs. UK Registered Managers and care providers), • Approve batches of content ahead of deadlines; the scheduling tool publishes them automatically, • Help grow both companies’ LinkedIn Company Pages by replying to comments and engaging with relevant people, • Send personalised LinkedIn follow-up messages (including InMail via Sales Navigator, which we provide) to decision-makers after our phone team’s first contact attempt, • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s situation, such as CMS survey citations in the US or CQC inspection outcomes in the UK, • Keep both brands clearly separate, so each audience hears a consistent voice, • Track engagement, response rates and outreach outcomes, and share a short summary regularly, • Talk through messaging and campaign priorities with the founder What You’ll Gain • A standout CV and LinkedIn profile: hands-on experience running content strategy and outreach for two real companies in two countries, with results you can point to, • Practical marketing skills: content planning, social media automation, B2B outreach, personalisation, and reading engagement data, • Sales Navigator experience: a tool employers in B2B sales and marketing look for, • Exposure to regulated-sector marketing: a niche that sets you apart from graduates with generic social media experience, • A reference and a real portfolio from a founder who’ll see your work first-hand What We’re Looking For • Currently studying at a university or college (any subject, though business, marketing, communications, health or social care are a plus), • Strong, professional written English; you’ll write messages that senior decision-makers actually read, • Organised and self-directed: you’ll manage your own deadlines without being chased, • Comfortable keeping two audiences and two brands distinct, • Curious about healthcare compliance (we’ll teach you the US CMS survey process and UK CQC inspection framework; you don’t need prior knowledge), • Willingness to learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator (training provided) Nice to have: an existing LinkedIn presence, or experience running a society, club or personal brand online. Details • Location: Remote, • Hours: Flexible, typically 5-8 hours a week; quieter during exams, • Training: A written onboarding guide covers both products, both markets and our brand voice
