You will own all things ecommerce - from revenue-driving campaigns to platform optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll lead the trading strategy, guide CRO enhancements, and deliver seamless customer journeys that increase AOV and conversion. This is a doing role where you will have no direct reports so you need to be comfortable being an independent contributor and expert.
