Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and update dessert menus, making use of seasonal ingredients and responding to customer preferences. Enforce strict compliance with food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety regulations. Monitor portion sizes and quality of finished desserts, implementing improvements where necessary.
