You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas maintenance, repair, and installation services across a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. • Respond to reactive maintenance requests for gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances across multiple client sites, • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and statutory requirements, • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimize client downtime, • Install, commission, and service commercial gas heating systems and appliances, • Conduct gas safety checks and maintain accurate records of all work completed, • Ensure all work complies with Gas Safety Regulations and relevant industry standards, • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard, • Provide excellent customer service and represent JLL professionally at all times, • Complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately and promptly, • Participate in an on-call rota as required, • Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A minimum), • Proven experience in commercial gas engineering, • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, • Full UK driving licence, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload, • Good understanding of health and safety legislation, • Proficient in using mobile technology for job management, • Additional Gas Safe qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPCP1), • Experience working across commercial office, retail, or mixed-use properties, • Electrical qualifications (18th Edition), • PASMA or IPAF certification, • Competitive salary, • Company vehicle and fuel card, • Mobile phone and tools provided, • Ongoing training and professional development, • Pension scheme, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, • Career progression opportunities within a global organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
