As the Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for: Carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance and fault‑finding tasks across North West London Service, maintain and repair plumbing and ventilation installations, including AHUs, intake/extract systems, thermal wheels, FCUs and water system assets. Maintain and support systems such as booster sets, chlorifiers, and water heaters. Deliver consistently high levels of service and professionalism for the client. Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection logs and remedial records. To be successful for this Mobile Mechanical Engineer role you must have: A background in facilities management or mobile maintenance. Experience working on‑call across a region. Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing or Heating & Ventilation qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent). Experience in commercial building maintenance from a mechanical engineering perspective. Willingness to undergo security clearances.
