We are looking for a decorator who drives to join our team. This is a permanent employed position and you will receive holiday allowance, uniform and training. You will also be given a van for work journeys. Shift times are out of hours generally work 8pm to 6am, and overtime available. Please note that we pay MONTHLY and all staff must be able to prove valid UK right to work eligibility. The pay rate is dependant on experience, qualifications and relevant skills.

PPM Engineering / Mechanical and Electrical Location: London Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (Plus overtime) The Role To provide all required reports/certifications required. Call-out and fault finding on various types of mechanical/electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities Ensure effective running of the assigned jobs. Systematic and logical sequence of works. Carry out reactive and preventative planned maintenance on all mechanical and electrical plant. Provide any required reports/certifications. Fill out log books correctly and ensure all log books are on site. o Carry out routine service inspections and reports working to a PPM schedule. Carry out basic task associated with L8 Water Hygiene Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations/risk assessments. Liaise with customers and tenants to ensure expectations are managed and met. Personal responsibilities: To present a professional image at all times, both in the office and to clients and be a “role model” for the rest of the staff. To be willing to work in excess of usual working hours when the balance of the company’s work or allocated responsibilities requires this. They do not expect excessive working hours; rather they require flexibility when there is a clear benefit to the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for primarily Servicing, diagnosing and maintaining marine inboard and outboard engines, marine electronics and general marine systems. Responsibilities: • Servicing, diagnosing, and maintaining marine inboard & outboard engines & associated electrical systems. • Maintenance to basic 12/24V electrical systems. • Pressure washing, antifouling, polishing and through hull replacements on grp boat hulls. • Launching / retrieving from a trailer, and sea trials. • Repairs and maintenance to boat trailers. • Other miscellaneous boat maintenance. • Offering support to the brokerage department as required. • Input of daily time sheets and writing reports as required. • Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager. Requirements: • Experience or Qualifications in the Marine Sector. • Full Driving Licence. • Ownership of your own professional tools.
