As a new company, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to help us grow, establish relationships with leading brands and become part of our journey from the beginning. 💼 The Opportunity We’re looking for confident, ambitious individuals to help us identify, approach, sign and manage suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: • Researching potential suppliers, manufacturers and distributors., • Contacting brands and introducing Dynamite Athletics., • Securing new retail and dropshipping partnerships., • Negotiating supplier agreements and trade opportunities., • Helping onboard suppliers onto our website., • Maintaining relationships with suppliers you’ve introduced., • Working alongside our founders to expand our product catalogue. 💰 Our Commission Structure This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is currently no basic salary. We believe that the people who help build Dynamite Athletics should benefit from the success they help create. For every supplier you successfully sign and actively manage, you’ll receive 10–15% of the net profit generated from that supplier’s sales through our website. This isn’t a one-off payment. You’ll continue earning commission on qualifying sales for as long as you actively manage that supplier and Dynamite Athletics continues selling their products. The more successful suppliers you bring on board, the greater your potential earnings. 📊 How We Calculate Your Commission Commission is calculated from the profit Dynamite Athletics makes on each sale, not the total amount the customer pays. We deduct the supplier’s product cost, shipping expenses, applicable taxes and other agreed direct costs before calculating commission Example: An Electric Bike Sale Customer purchases an electric bike £1,900 Cost of purchasing the bike from our supplier −£1,200 Shipping and delivery costs −£100 Applicable tax allocation (illustrative) −£200 Profit available for commission £400 Based on the £400 profit: At 10% commission: You earn £40. At 15% commission: You earn £60. This applies to qualifying sales generated by suppliers you’ve successfully introduced and actively manage. The figures above are illustrative. Actual commissionable profit will be calculated using the agreed accounting method and applicable tax treatment. 🤝 What Happens If You Stop Managing Your Suppliers? We understand that circumstances change. You might decide to pursue another opportunity, reduce your involvement or simply stop managing your supplier accounts. We don’t believe that means your original contribution should be forgotten. If you decide to stop actively managing suppliers you’ve successfully introduced, your commission will reduce from 10–15% to 3% of the net profit generated from those suppliers. Using our previous example: £400 net profit × 3% = £12 commission per sale. You’ll continue receiving this 3% commission for as long as Dynamite Athletics lists those suppliers on our website and generates qualifying profitable sales from their products, even if you’re no longer actively managing them. This is our way of recognising and rewarding the people who helped us build Dynamite Athletics from the beginning. You helped bring the supplier to us. We want you to continue benefiting from that contribution. 💻 Your Own Staff Back-Office Account We’ve already developed a dedicated back-office platform to support our team. Successful applicants will receive access to their own staff account, allowing them to: • Manage their supplier relationships., • Monitor the performance of suppliers they’ve introduced., • Track qualifying sales and commission., • Access the information needed to manage their accounts.
