    Job Title: Bus Driver About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely, following assigned routes and schedules, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be punctual, responsible, and comfortable operating large vehicles. Key Responsibilities • Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules, • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops, • Provide friendly and professional customer service, • Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior, • Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, • Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly, • Follow all traffic laws and company policies, • Keep accurate records of mileage, incidents, and passenger counts (if required) Requirements • Valid commercial driver’s license (CPC) with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Passenger endorsement), • Clean driving record, • Previous bus or large-vehicle driving experience preferred, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to remain calm and professional in various situations, • Ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol screenings, • Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented Working Conditions • Fixed or flexible schedules (depending on company needs), • May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays, • Indoor/outdoor work environment with varying weather conditions

    We are seeking a skilled heating installer with at least 5 years experience to join our team. Specialising in high efficiency gas boilers and renewable technologies, we are looking to expand due to increased demand for our top quality services. We cover domestic and non domestic work, based around south west London and try to keep jobs within 1 hour travel time of our base in Twickenham, TW1. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems in both residential and commercial properties. Duties • Install and maintain heating systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards., • Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on heating equipment to identify issues., • Servicing and repairing systems, as well as partial and full installations, • Assemble and plumb heating units, ensuring proper connections and functionality., • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently., • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used., • Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working in various environments. Requirements • Proven experience as a Heating Engineer is a MUST, • Successful applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills., • CCN1, CENWAT, (HTR1 and CKR1 beneficial) and G3 HW regs advantageous but not necessary, • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot heating systems effectively., • Non-domestic gas, Heat pump, biomass or solar thermal experience advantageous but not necessary, • You must have a full clean UK driving licence, • Able to work alone and in a team The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every task undertaken.     Job Description: Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, plumbing or catering equipment. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance across a variety of commercial and public buildings. You’ll ensure that electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring compliance, safety, and minimal downtime. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC. Service, repair, and test commercial catering equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, and refrigeration units. Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimise downtime and ensure safe operation of all systems. Carry out general building maintenance and fabric repairs as required. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and compliance documentation. Work independently or as part of a team to meet client service level agreements. Skills & Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance and commercial catering equipment servicing. Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills. Recognised qualifications such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing. 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (for electrically biased engineers). Experience with gas and electric catering equipment (Rational ovens, dishwashers, fryers, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence (if mobile role).
