We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused person to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role where most of your time will be spent preparing properties for guests, carrying out cleans, checking standards, reporting issues, and helping keep our properties running smoothly. This job would suit someone with cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or property experience who wants more responsibility and the chance to grow into a wider operations role. You must have strong spoken and written English, as the role involves guest communication, reporting issues clearly, and following digital processes.
