Key Responsibilities: Carry out responsive and planned plastering repairs in social housing properties Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering and boarding Carry out repairs to walls and ceilings, including making good following leaks and other trades Prepare surfaces and ensure a high-quality, durable finish Complete remedial and refurbishment works in void properties Identify additional repairs and report any follow-on works required Work safely and comply with all relevant health and safety procedures Maintain a clean and tidy working environment within residents' homes Complete job sheets and update works accurately using a PDA/mobile device Work independently and as part of a wider repairs team Provide excellent customer service to residents at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic property maintenance Strong skills in patching, skimming, boarding and rendering Experience working in occupied properties Good communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering or equivalent Previous experience working for a housing association, local authority or social housing contractor Multi-trade skills such as tiling, painting and decorating or minor carpentry Experience using PDA/mobile working systems

Record attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff. Support students who require additional guidance during lessons. Adapt confidently between subjects and year groups. Requirements Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils is highly desirable. Strong classroom presence and behaviour-management skills. Confidence addressing groups of students independently. Good literacy and numeracy. Reliability, professionalism and flexibility. QTS is not required for this role.
