This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for creativity, and thrives in a lively, hands-on environment. Responsibilities include guiding customers with painting techniques, colour choices, and design ideas, preparing materials, and ensuring all finished pieces meet studio standards. You will support events, workshops, birthday parties, and themed activities, as well as assist with glazing and preparing items for kiln firing (training provided).
